When you place an online order we need to know your name, e-mail address,

information allows us to process your order, and to notify you of your order

Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to conditions of Terms of Sale Stated below.
Ordering On-Line
Select items from the product catalog, click on the 'Add to Shopping Cart'
icon, and follow instructions for entering your credit card data. You can
change the quantity of any item and recalculate your total or remove items
from your shopping cart by selecting the trash can icon, or return to shopping
prior to check out. When you check out, you will receive email stating that
your order has been processed. Once your order has been processed, you must
login and begin the process again if you wish to purchase additional items.
Your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours in most cases and you will receive
a second email with tracking numbers for your shipment.
Ordering by Mail or Telephone
We accept mail orders with any form of bank payment drawn on a U.S. bank and
will ship as soon as funds are deposited in our account. Please do not send
cash as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen correspondence. You may
also phone or FAX your order to 609-585-8535 and use Visa or MasterCard as
payment. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. International customers must use
money orders drawn on a U.S. Bank or an approved credit card.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from Educational Institutions when accompanied by
proper documentation identifying the school as a legitimate entity.
Back Orders and Discontinued Items:
If a product appears on our website, it is in current production. If we are
out of stock and will not be able to ship within 3 days, you will be notified
by email that the item is not in stock and you may choose to cancel or backorder
the item. Discontinued items may be offered for sale from time to time but are
sold on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified by email, postal
mail, or telephone if an item you order is not available and your money will
be refunded.
Damaged Merchandise:
Shipments damaged from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.
If any cartons are missing or damaged, note this on the freight bill. If you
discover concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and
call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, call Robodyssey Systems,
LLC Returns Dept. at 609-585-8535 for instructions. Do not return items to us
without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned
to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization
Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number
written clearly on the box. We guarantee that every item you purchase at
Robodyssey will be free of defects in material or workmanship for 30 days or
we will repair or replace the product(s) unless it is determined that damage
occurred due to customer misuse or alteration to product. We reserve the
right to refuse to replace any item that Robodyssey technicians determine was
damaged by the customer. No cash will be refunded.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
Robodyssey orders are processed by humans and may occasionally be missing
ordered items or contain incorrect items. Email or call and problems involving
human packaging errors will be resolved on a case by case basis.
Shipping
Robodyssey will ship VIA USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
Other carriers can be used if customer specifies in special instructions and
additional charges may apply. The final total cost including any additional
special shipping charges will be reflected on the packing invoice. We
recommend FedEx for any overseas destinations.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Robodyssey will offer a full refund if merchandise is returned within 10 days,
functioning, in saleable condition. After 10 days the return of non-defective
merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box. All
Robodyssey products are tested for proper function before shipping.
If Robodyssey determines that a returned product was damaged by customer misuse,
the product will be returned at customer's expense with no refund. We reserve
the right to refuse to replace any item that Robodyssey Technicians determine
was damaged or altered by the customer by improper use. Partially assembled
kits can not be returned. All returns must include a copy of the original
invoice. No cash will be refunded.
After Receiving Authorization:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over
$100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does
not reach our return department.
Robodyssey will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your replacement once
we have received the returned item. We will repair or replace the item within
14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
